We now require that Parents / Guardians create an account in order to complete Student Transfer Requests, Requests for Homeschool and Tuition Waiver Applications. 

Option #1
If this is your first visit:

1. Choose 'Create Account' button below
2. Complete the Guardian Demographic Questionnaire
3. Login to the Family Dashboard
4. Associate your student(s) to your Family Dashboard Account
5. Complete the application

Option #2
If you already have an account (this includes invitations):

1. Login to the Family Dashboard
2. Complete the application
